Great location and family friendly area.

We love how clean was the room every day. They cleaned it every day as when we checked in. We stayed with our little baby and they offered towels for her too. Also complementary water, tea, coffee and crackers every day. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to the Vatican and not far from the other attractions. Plenty restaurants and cafes around. We loved the location as perfect for family with children. The room and bathroom has plenty space so our baby could crawling around.

Actually nothing from the place… However just being mindful if you are traveling through Europe for a while and need to wash clothes, the laundry shop is a little far like 10 to 15 mins walking… so maybe leaving it for the next destination.

Great location, clean and spacious

Very spacious and clean. Great location and wonderful staff. Room was made every morning and we were provided with clean towels and toiletries. Upon arrival, we were greeted with water and great recommendations of restaurants to visit around the area. The bed is comfortable for a two-night stay, three nights was too much for my back and hips. About a 10 min walk to the Vatican City and 6 min walk to Sit Shuttle Bus, which took us directly to the airport!!

The shower is a bit small and the water leaks out of the shower, which was problematic because we had to use extra towels to dry the floor. Safety deposit didn’t work—but we didn’t need it in the end.

Great apartments and location. Highly recommended

Great location and very safe and secure, fresh clean and roomy. Lovely staff and easy access. Great location and had coffee for guests in the foyer. We felt very safe here!

Noise from upstairs was a lot. They seem to do piano lessons and it is very loud and encroaches on your peace.

Wonderful

The accommodation is in a brilliant location. It is located in the middle between Vatican City and the Trevi Fountain/Pantheon etc. It is right next door to some fantastic restaurants and short walking distance from the nearest Metro train station. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They offered daily housekeeping and recommended some nearby restaurants. The room itself was in fantastic condition. It was incredibly clean, spacious, and well-presented. There are condiments on offer (e.g. tea, coffee, biscuits, water), including an espresso machine right outside the room. There was also a safe, which was easy to operate and offers a peace of mind for any valuable belongings left in the room. All in all, I would strongly recommend the hotel to anyone who would like to visit.

While the accommodation itself was absolutely fantastic, the only downside was the shower. The water pressure was very weak and one of the knobs appeared not to work. I would recommend some work on that.

Clean and spacious apartment in central Rome

The house keeping / cleaning is done so well:) The people are friendly and kind. The location is pretty good. The room was quite spacious!

There’s often no one at the reception. But if you need to communicate, you can easily do it via Booking.com so it wasn’t a problem for me.

Very good

- The staff was nice - The room was clean - Very close to the airport bus stop - Close to Vatican - Comfy bed - The staff brought a baby cot on demand - Water bottles provided every day

- The AC broke down on the last night so we had to open the windows to get some air but since outside was extremely noisy, we got very little sleep on that night - The lift is very narrow (typical of old italian buildings) so if you carry a large buggy, expect having to disassemble it every time
